Sampling pipe, ø 160 mm
In many countries a sampling or monitoring pipe is required.
BIOROCK® has an optional sampling pipe with a diameter of 160 mm and a length of 2,300 mm for its BIOROCK –S series.
The PE pipe is rotomoulded and is especially made for the BIOROCK –S series. All the connections are matching with the openings at the BIOROCK-S units. An extra PVC pipe aeration pipe is not required anymore.
At the end of the BIOROCK Reactor the purified waste water (effluent) is captured in the sampling pipe and can be easily analyzed.
Standard there are 2x outlet possibilities. The lower one doesn’t leave any buffer of water at the bottom of the pipe, the other one leaves a small quantity of purified water that can be easily sampled.
The sampling pipe can be used as an aeration pipe too. The length of the sampling pipe is 300 mm longer than the standard height of the BIOROCK-S units. This extra height is above the ground level and makes it possible to add an aeration cap directly to the sampling pipe.
Another possibility is to fix at the top of the sampling pipe a PVC pipe (ø 110 mm) with an aeration cap.
