BIOROCK®-S Series
The BIOROCK-S Series is a range of compact sewage treatment plants, denominated into 5, 10 & 15 person (P.E.) systems.
If the BIOROCK-S units are installed parallel they can cater for 20, 30, 45, 60, 75 people (P.E.) and so on.
The BIOROCK-S units are installed parallel after a mutual primary tank. After the Primary tank we advise to install an optional “Alternating Flow Distributor”. The ALTERNATOR makes sure that the flow is evenly distributed to each BIOROCK-S unit. The device has 1x inlet and multiple outlets. The ALTERNATOR employs a see-sawing bucket. It is controlled by a float and cam and changes state upon each fill and emptying of the dosing chamber. The low side of the bucket simply restrains the Flout, causing it to sink before the other. The idle Flout rides the surface of the liquid down and then back up, never handling any liquid. After the bucket flips, the other Flout will sink on the next refill.
